Career Development at Damanhour University participates in the

Training Camp of the (Be Prepared) Initiative in its Second Edition

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University, a delegation from the University Center

for Career Development, including Prof. Dr. Ahmed Helal - Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Islam El-Alfy - Career Development Specialist -

and Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed - Data and Information Specialist - took part in the training camp for staff members of university career

centers across Egypt. This training marks the second phase of the implementation plan for the second edition of the

(Be Prepared: One Million Innovative Graduates) initiative, launched last April with the participation of several international partners.

Trabees expressed his pleasure at Damanhour University’s participation in the camp, emphasizing its significance in developing

the capacities of career center staff, who serve as a vital link between students and the labor market. Helal explained that the initiative

aims to qualify one million students and graduates through a comprehensive digital platform offering various pathways for

professional and innovative development. He advised students to make the most of the available training opportunities.
