University inaugurates the Engineering Center at the Faculty

of Engineering, in the Presence of the Deputy Governor of Al Beheira

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University, inaugurated today the Engineering Center at the Faculty of Engineering.

The event was attended by Dr. Hazem El-Deeb, Deputy Governor of Al Beheira; Prof. Dr. Enas Ibrahim, Vice President for

Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairat, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering;

Dr. Mostafa Omar, Executive Director of the Engineering Center; Dr. Ahmed Badr, Deputy Executive Director of the Center;

along with vice presidents of the university and the deans of various faculties. Trabees demonstrated that the center offers

engineering studies and consultations, including design work and supervision across multiple fields, aiming to engage with

society and actively contribute to solving its challenges. Prof. Dr. Enas Ibrahim added that the Engineering Center is a specialized

unit intended to support engineering projects throughout Al Beheira Governorate.

The attendees listened to a detailed presentation by Dr. Mostafa Omar and Dr. Ahmed Badr, highlighting the services provided by

the center to the university and the surrounding community. These services rely on the laboratory facilities available at the faculty,

with continuous efforts to enhance them using the latest equipment and technologies.
