Damanhour University participates in the Summit Forum for Student Union Leaders in

Egyptian Universities and Institutes at the Youth City in Sharm El-Sheikh

The Student Activities Sector and the Leadership Preparation Institute, in cooperation with the Youth Leaders Foundation and

the Drug Control and Treatment Fund affiliated with the Prime Minister's Office, organized the summit forum for student union leaders

in Egyptian universities and institutes at the Youth City in Sharm El-Sheikh under the slogan (Union of Students of the Republic).

The university delegation participated in the forum under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees - President of Damanhour University -

and Prof. Dr. Maged Sho’ala - Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research - stated that student unions are the pillar

for building an aware generation capable of contributing to the development of society.

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees emphasized that student unions are the first step in forming the personality of students as they provide

them with a real opportunity to participate in decision-making and managing their university affairs and qualify them to be future leaders.
