The Center for Faculty and Leadership Development Holds the

(Human Resources Development) Training Course

Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University,

and the supervision of Dr. Mohamed El-Ghazaly, Executive Director of the Faculty and Leadership Development Center at the university,

the Faculty and Leadership Development Center held the first day of the "Human Resources Development" training course today.

Dr. Islam Fawzy, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Arts, Damanhour University, and several other faculty staff members attended the course at the center.

El-Ghazaly emphasized that given the remarkable global development,

institutions have recognized the crucial role of human resources development in the success of their members and the organizations themselves.

He explained that human resource development includes various training programs offered by organizations to enhance the skills of their members

and help them adapt to new roles.
