Damanhour University Launches the Second Edition of the T.O.T. Course

with the Approval of the Supreme Council of Universities

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research,

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Refaat - Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities -

and Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees - President of Damanhour University,

the activities of the second edition of the T.O.T. Course were launched today,

under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed El-Ghazaly - Director of the Center for Developing the Capacities of Faculty Members and Leaders at the University.

The course was organized by the National Center for Training and Leadership Preparation at the Supreme Council of Universities

in cooperation with Damanhour University.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Emara, Director of the Center for Developing the Capacities of Faculty Members and Leaders at Alexandria University,

was the instructor for the training course.

The training course covered several topics on its first day, including basic training skills, the characteristics of a distinguished trainer,

the skill of effective communication and attracting attention, and the charisma of the trainer.

The activities of the second edition of the T.O.T. Trainer Preparation Course will continue until September 8.
