The Libyan Consulate General in Alexandria hosted a Delegation from Damanhour University

to discuss Ways to Enhance Cooperation between the two Parties

Mr. Riyad Jumaa Al-Shaibany, the Consul General of the State of Libya in Alexandria,

received a delegation from Damanhour University to discuss ways of cooperation between the two parties.

The delegation included Prof. Dr. Zakaria Al-Zarqa, Director of the Expatriates Department at the University,

and Prof. Dr. Bahlol Salem, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education, in the presence of Mr. Saleh Al-Manfy, one of the Libyan Sheikhs in Al Beheira Governorate.

Al-Zarqa emphasized that Damanhour University is committed to welcoming international students

by improving all services to help them adjust to university life.

The university is also making significant efforts to modernize and enhance its infrastructure and academic programs and ensure international accreditation.

An introductory presentation was given about Damanhour University and the academic programs offered by its various faculties.

The Libyan Consul General in Alexandria expressed his happiness to host Damanhour University delegation,

stressing the Libyan side’s appreciation and gratitude to Damanhour University and Libya’s keenness

to pay attention to modern technical specializations in all fields.
