Damanhour University continues Holding the Activities of the Second Edition of

the T.O.T. Course with the Approval of the Supreme Council of Universities

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research,

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Refaat - Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities -

and Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees - President of Damanhour University,

the university continued holding the activities of the second edition of the T.O.T. Course,

under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed El-Ghazaly - Director of the Center for Developing the Capacities of Faculty Members and Leaders at the University.

The course was organized by the National Center for Training and Leadership Preparation at the Supreme Council of Universities

in cooperation with Damanhour University.

Dr. Radwa Tawfik - Assistant Professor at Benha University, and Dr. Taha Al-Farmawy - Lecturer of Libraries and Information at Menoufia University,

were the instructors for the second day of the training course.They discussed effective training methods and their applications.

Dr. Mohamed El-Ghazaly was the instructor of the third day.

He discussed presentation skills, the art of vocal coloring for the trainer, effective presentation skills,

dealing with strange personality types in training, and the trainer’s skills in dealing with them.
