President of Damanhour University receives a Delegation from

the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation

to follow up on National Projects at the University

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University, met with Dr. Mohamed El-Maghriby, Head of the Human and Social Development Sector

at the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, and his accompanying team.

The team included Mr. Badr Othman, Director General of the General Administration of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the Ministry,

Dr. Yasmine Othman, the official in charge of Damanhour University at the Ministry of Planning,

and Dr. Youssef Abu El-Fadl and Mr. Moataz Fathy, researchers at the General Administration of Higher Education and Scientific Research

at the Ministry of Planning.

The meeting aimed to discuss ways for the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation to support the university

to benefit the citizens of Al Beheira Governorate. Following the meeting, a field visit took place,

during which Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees accompanied the delegation to inspect the construction site of the Faculty of Dentistry building

at Damanhour complex and the construction site of the Faculty of Medicine building and the university hospital on the University campus in Al-Abadiya.

The delegation members praised the university's efforts to increase work intensity and implementation rates.

They expressed their joy in visiting the university and emphasized the Ministry's belief in the importance of these projects

that reflect the vision of the state to develop higher education.
