The President of Damanhour University attends the Closing Ceremony

of the Second Session of the Theater Festival (Focus)

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees - President of Damanhour University - attended the closing ceremony of the second session of the Focus

Theater Festival, held at the Faculty of Science. The event was also attended by Prof. Dr. Maged Sho’ala -

Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs - along with other university vice presidents, deans, vice deans,

faculty staff members, artist Wael Aouny, theater critic Dr. Tarek Ammar, Dr. Ahmed Salam, director Mohamed Afify,

as well as many students and their families. The ceremony featured a performance by the choral team, led by artists Ahmed Nasser,

Ehab Mabrouk, and Osama Allam, who sang a selection of national songs and religious chants.

Following that, an explanatory presentation was given about the ten theatrical performances showcased

during the festival by the participating students.

The University President praised the role of theatrical activity in highlighting students' artistic talents in various theatrical arts

within a competitive framework, stressing the University's keenness to support various student activities.

Additionally, he extended his sincere thanks to the students, the jury, and those in charge of the festival.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Maged Sho’ala thanked the University President for his continuous support for student activities,

praising the role of student care at the University and emphasizing the continued development of student activities

to achieve advanced positions in all fields.
