Continuation of Holding Educational Seminars in Various Faculties of Damanhour University
to achieve the Objectives of the Initiative of (A New Beginning)
In continuation of Damanhour University's participation in the national project (A New Beginning for Human Development),
the University continues to implement its various activities under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees – President of the University –
and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mona Mabrouk - Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
In cooperation with the General Authority for Inquiries, the Community Service Sector organized a symposium entitled
(Loyalty and Belonging) at the Faculty of Arts. The symposium explored loyalty and belonging to the homeland from ancient times
to modern thought, aiming to raise youth awareness. Additionally, the Faculty of Commerce organized a symposium entitled
(Entrepreneurship and Innovation) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdullah - Acting Dean of the Faculty.
Dr. Ahmed Naeem and Dr. Hadi Balbaa - Business Administration teachers at the Faculty- presented the symposium, which addressed
the definition of innovation and entrepreneurship and clarified their essential pillars.
The Faculty of Education for Early Childhood, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Hamza - Acting Dean of the Faculty -
organized a symposium entitled (Early Marriage) in the presence of a delegation from the National Council for Women branch in Damanhour
to discuss early marriage and its risks to the Egyptian family. The Faculty of Nursing, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abeer Abdel Fattah -
Dean of the Faculty - held an awareness symposium entitled (Climate Change and Its Impact on Human Health),
presented by Dr. Alaa Ezzat and Dr. Alaa Gouda - lecturers at the Department of Geriatric Nursing.
