The university has an important role in leading the overall construction process in society and directing its compass in the right direction to make it keep pace with the movement of scientific and technological development. The university professor is the most important corner and pillar influencing the process of cognitive and educational building in university institutions, because it is a basic source of information as it instills the concepts and methods of scientific and methodical thinking in the minds of students and how to deal with solving problems of various kinds that they may encounter during their academic, practical and social paths, so that the most effective solutions can be developed. It has awareness, understanding and awareness without haste or emotion. And the message that he carries towards his children, his country and his nation is a great message where the responsibility of the trust entrusted to him falls on his shoulders in four main tasks, which are the task of the scientific and teaching aspect, the mission of the educational side, the task of scientific research and the task of community service, and all of these aspects are complementary. And intertwined with each other to form the integrated personality of the real university professor to play his role fully. The university professor must work to develop himself and develop his skills in parallel and integrated to give his academic personality balance and strength as he represents the top of the scientific pyramid in society, and contributes to chart the way for the advancement of our society in various paths of development. And the university professor must play his parental and educational role towards students, modify their behavior in all aspects of their lives, and help them build their healthy and integral personality. Therefore, the university professor’s possession of the educational and cultural aspect is of great importance in building the personality of the university student and directing the energies of excellence and future construction, so that students are qualified to engage in the sectors of work and production in society. Hence, providing the student with knowledge, knowledge and culture must be accompanied by the provision of education and instilling values Noble souls, and to work to build the national feeling in him and to make him cherish his country, his leadership and the civilization of his nation, to build a generation capable of facing challenges with determination, stability and ability to solve crises, especially as we live in an accelerating and changing world in which there is no place except for the strong, and to be able to put our fingerprints on Scientific world map.
